Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using MapVid. It applies to all users, prompts, uploads, projects, previews, exports, and other activity on the service.
By using MapVid, you agree not to use the service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or inconsistent with the safety requirements of the platform.
1. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use MapVid to create, request, upload, process, distribute, or promote:
- sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content
- content marketed as "uncensored", "unfiltered", "18+", or similar
- face-swap, deepfake, or deceptive impersonation content
- content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors
- hateful, harassing, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
- illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious content
- content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- malware, harmful code, or attempts to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
2. Safety and Moderation
We may use automated and manual review processes, including moderation and abuse-prevention systems, to screen prompts, uploads, and generation requests.
We may block, remove, refuse, or disable content or accounts that violate this policy, our Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or the safety and integrity requirements of the service.
3. Enforcement
If we believe you violated this policy, we may take action including:
- warning you
- removing content
- blocking a generation or export
- suspending or terminating your account
- reporting the matter to relevant service providers or authorities where appropriate
4. Reporting Violations
If you believe content or activity on MapVid violates this policy, contact support@mapvid.app.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date.
